Park Place Finance is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver training for our mortgage and lending sales team. You will onboard new hires, coach seasoned reps, and continuously improve training programs based on performance data.

You will stay current with industry trends, ensure compliance, and collaborate with leadership to close skill gaps while maintaining comprehensive training materials and resources.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in mortgage/lending.
• Experience designing, delivering, and onboarding sales training.
