Job summary

Emporium TPO LLC DBA Enrich Loans seeks a Mortgage Sales Trainer to develop Loan Officers from day one through live production, teaching them how to sell, structure loans, and navigate our systems.

Based near Phoenix, AZ, this hybrid role collaborates onsite three days per week and shapes training content, tools, and processes to drive borrower outcomes and LO performance.

Qualifications

• Mortgage professional with strong product knowledge.
• Experience with Non-QM and HELOCs.
• Strong understanding of loan structuring and mortgage guidelines.
• Comfortable working with mortgage technology and systems.
• Experience coaching, training, or developing Loan Officers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead new LO onboarding and ongoing sales training.
• Teach mortgage products, loan structuring, guidelines, and borrower needs analysis.
• Train LOs on CRM, LOS, pricing, lead management, and workflow systems.
• Coach sales skills including discovery, phone conversations, objection handling, follow-up, and closing.
• Create training content including videos, guides, presentations, scripts, product resources, scenarios, and sales tools.
• Continuously improve the training program based on LO performance, market changes, products, and technology.

Enrich Loans is looking for a Mortgage Sales Trainer who can do more than teach a class. This person will help develop Loan Officers from day one through live production, teaching them how to sell, structure loans, use our systems, navigate licensing, and confidently solve borrower needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead new LO onboarding and ongoing sales training.
• Teach mortgage products, loan structuring, guidelines, and borrower needs analysis.
• Train LOs on Enrich's CRM, LOS, pricing, lead management, and workflow systems.
• Coach sales skills including discovery, phone conversations, objection handling, follow-up, and closing.
• Create training content including videos, guides, presentations, scripts, product resources, scenarios, and sales tools.
• Continuously improve the training program based on LO performance, market changes, products, and technology.

What We're Looking For

Hybrid Work Location: The Mortgage Sales Trainer may be based near Phoenix, AZ. This hybrid role requires regular onsite collaboration three (3) days per week from the selected office location.
