Job summary

AD Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and refine training for our wholesale sales and account executive teams at our Fort Lauderdale HQ. This role requires deep mortgage industry knowledge and a passion for training.

You will develop curriculum on mortgage products, sales techniques, compliance, and CRM tools; provide coaching; and coordinate training logistics while staying current on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage industry experience, preferably wholesale lending or sales.
• Proven training, facilitation, or coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, sales processes, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training styles to different learning needs and environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and refine training programs for wholesale sales teams.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for wholesale sales and account executive team members.
• Develop curriculum focused on mortgage products, sales techniques, compliance, and CRM tools.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communication, and tracking.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Compliance teams to align training with business goals.
