Job summary

AD Mortgage, a dynamic mortgage lender, is hiring a Mortgage Sales Trainer to design and deliver training for our wholesale sales and account executive teams. You will translate complex mortgage concepts into practical learning experiences, ensuring content aligns with regulatory requirements and company standards.

You will work with Learning & Development, Sales, and Compliance to tailor programs, stay current on industry trends, and support cross-functional initiatives that boost engagement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably wholesale lending or sales.
• Proven experience in training, facilitation, or coaching roles.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, sales processes, and compliance.

As part of our wholesale branch, we’re looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Mortgage Sales Trainer to support the growth and success of our Sales and Account Executive teams.

Position Summary

The Mortgage Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and refining training programs that enhance the performance of our wholesale sales professionals. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a passion for training and coaching, and the ability to translate complex mortgage concepts into practical, actionable learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Training & Development

• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for wholesale sales and account executive team members.

• Develop and deliver curriculum focused on mortgage products, sales techniques, compliance, and CRM tools.

Performance Coaching

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve sales effectiveness and product knowledge.

• Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions.

Program Design & Execution

• Create engaging training materials, presentations, and job aids.

• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communication, and tracking.

Industry Expertise

• Stay current on mortgage industry trends, guidelines, and best practices.

• Ensure training content reflects regulatory requirements and company standards.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with Learning & Development, Sales, and Compliance teams to align training with business goals.

• Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance team member engagement and development.

Location and Schedule

• This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale HQ.

• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in wholesale lending or sales.

• Proven experience in training, facilitation, or coaching roles.

• Strong understanding of mortgage products, sales processes, and compliance.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt training styles to different learning needs and environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS); experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
