Change Lending in Anaheim, CA is seeking an Account Manager to work with TPOs/Brokers, Account Executives and Operations on mortgage loan processing. You will manage a pipeline, ensure compliance with SLAs, and provide high-quality service to brokers and their clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years wholesale mortgage processing, knowledge of mortgage guidelines and TRID, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of wholesale mortgage processing experience.
• Working knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and TRID.

Responsabilités

• Manage a pipeline of mortgage loans and ensure SLAs are met.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and Brokers to move files toward approval and closing.
• Review and communicate conditional approvals within standard turn times.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and timely loan due diligence.
• Coordinate and schedule loan closings with brokers.
