Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a Sales Manager in Seven Hills, OH to lead and develop a team of Mortgage Consultants. You will review pipelines, coach calls, and drive production while staying hands-on in every aspect of loan production.

This in-office leadership role requires strong knowledge of loan programs (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and tools like Encompass and Velocify, with a track record of achieving team goals and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as Mortgage Sales Manager or Loan Originator.
• Strong knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA loan programs.
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and federal and state regulations.
• Support your team of Mortgage Consultants across all aspects of loan production.
• Review pipelines daily to keep the loan process moving.
• Coach team members directly — listen to calls and provide real, constructive feedback.
• Help Mortgage Consultants grow their personal production and hit their goals.
• Review loan files for accuracy and completeness before submission to processing.
• Serve as a resource across departments on loan applications.
• Provide second‑voice support to borrowers, helping the team collect required documentation.
