Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is seeking a Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a team of loan originators, shape sales strategy, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and high-performance execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and develop MLOs, set targets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with marketing to generate leads. A strong knowledge of mortgage products and compliance is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator and/or Sales Manager in the mortgage industry.
Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain).
Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of mortgage loan originators (MLOs).
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase loan volume and market share.
Ensure compliance with company policies and lending regulations across the team.
Manage client relationships and partner networks to drive business growth.
