Pennymac is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Compliance Specialist II in Carrollton, TX to implement new and updated regulations and investor requirements across written, automated and manual policies. The role requires understanding mortgage servicing regulations and practical application.

Your work will guide servicing units on regulatory updates, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with regulations (RESFA, TILA, FCRA, CFPB, investor guidelines).

Qualifications

• Possess technical proficiency in regulatory compliance matters.
• Ability to analyze and assess risk based on potential impact to Pennymac for non compliance.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
• Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Implement new and updated regulations and investor requirements; assess impact to policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update logs and project plans to meet requirements.
• Communicate and implement laws and regulations related to Treasury, GSE, VA, FHA, State and CFPB.
• Work with QA to identify new or changed regulatory requirements and assess impact.
• Review line of business rebuttals and determine remediation with management.
