Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Reporting Analyst to prepare and submit essential regulatory reports required to maintain mortgage lending and servicing licenses. This role requires understanding federal and state mortgage regulations and tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

You will maintain reporting calendars, coordinate with various stakeholders, validate data for compliance, and assist with audits and OFAC checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of mortgage experience.
• 2+ years of regulatory compliance reporting experience.
• Experience with Mortgage Call Report, HMDA LAR, and state regulatory reports preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and SharePoint; Adobe experience helpful.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Understanding of complex, diversified work environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports (Mortgage Call Report, HMDA LAR, state reports) accurately.
• Interpret regulations to compile required data for reports.
• Track various reporting cadences (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annually).
• Maintain enterprise reporting calendar (SharePoint) and deadlines.
• Coordinate with business units to gather information for reports.
• Validate data for compliance and report accuracy.
• Identify and communicate reporting errors to relevant lines of business.
• Create/update procedures and process flows for regulatory reporting.
• Assist audits and examinations; organize requests and coordinate responses.
• Perform OFAC scans and review alerts as needed.
• Support additional duties as required.
