Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst responsible for auditing mortgage loan files to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.

You will review documentation, identify deviations, and validate data discrepancies flagged by compliance analyses while handling trailing documents and workload assignments from a Team Lead. The role requires 3+ years in residential regulatory compliance, knowledge of TRID/RESPA LE/CD, and strong MS Office proficiency to support

• 3+ years residential regulatory compliance experience.
• Knowledge of TRID and RESPA LE/CD requirements.
• Strong MS Office and loan-review software knowledge.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of loan files.
• Demonstrate consistent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure residential mortgage loan packages contain all documentation for a complete assessment.
• Gather regulatory compliance data elements from the loan file for due diligence review.
• Submit loan data to Mavent for regulatory compliance calculations.
• Review and address compliance exceptions from Mavent and verify results by comparing input versus documentation error.
• Validate all exceptions and document the pertinent facts supporting the finding(s).
• Note source documents and circumstances when appending comments.
• Work loan assignments per Team Lead/BA instructions.
• Adhere to minimum production requirements per Team Lead.
• Monitor Outlook, Teams, and phone for updates and requests from colleagues/Team Lead.
