Job summary

UNMB Home Loans Inc. is seeking an in-house recruiter on Long Island to lead recruitment for loan officers and Retail/P&L branch teams. The role leverages full-cycle recruiting expertise within the mortgage industry to attract top talent and drive hiring goals.

You will coordinate with the CEO, source candidates via cold calling and social networks, and manage interviews and onboarding. Occasional travel may be required to maximize outreach and meet annual hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of mortgage, financial services, or sales recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting commissioned sales professionals.
• Experience recruiting Mortgage Loan Officers preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit originators and branch teams; manage interview process.
• Maintain recruiter CRM with accurate data; post positions and outreach.
• Coordinate onboarding; support new-hire procedures.
