Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of mortgage documents, formats, and guidelines.
• Knowledge of recording systems and workflows.
• Notary guidelines/regulations knowledge.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and in-house software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the recording processes of mortgage documents.
• Track turn times and ensure timely processing with minimal backlog.
• Assign work and supervise team members, including offshore coordination.
• Provide training and coaching to direct reports and remote staff.
• Communicate issues with management and maintain clear internal communication.
