Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Final Docs Specialist to support the post-funding mortgage loan documentation process, tracking recorded documents and coordinating with title companies, county recording offices, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities include delivering final documents to investors and custodians on time, managing email communications and attachments, maintaining records and tracking logs, and assisting with physical file maintenance and purging as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mortgage lending operations, post-closing, funding, or loan servicing.
• Experience recording mortgage-related documents and coordinating with title companies and county recording offices.
• Knowledge of notarized loan documents and how notarization affects recording.

Responsibilities

• Track and obtain recorded mortgage documents after loan funding.
• Follow up with title companies, county recording offices, and vendors on recording status.
• Coordinate delivery of final recorded documents to investors and custodians.
• Send and manage emails with loan documentation and attachments.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking logs.
• Assist with physical file maintenance and document purging as needed.
• Ensure final documents are routed to the appropriate parties within timelines.
