Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience with mortgage and title documents.
• Title Company or Post Closing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to learn new applications and platforms.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review and inspect final loan documents for accuracy and completeness within deadlines.
• Follow up by email or phone on pending documents and exceptions.
• Record documents as received and add comments in the database.
• Monitor reports to track outstanding documents.
• File and retrieve documents for shipping to final destination.
