Job summary

Patrick Allen Group in Treasure Valley, Idaho, is seeking a Mortgage Production Manager to lead our Boise, Meridian, Nampa and surrounding markets. You will continue originating loans while recruiting and developing a team, strengthening partnerships and shaping branch culture.

You will work with accessible leadership and have a voice in company decisions as you drive growth and branch performance in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mortgage teams and branch production.
• Active NMLS license with Idaho licensing ability.
• Proven ability to grow branches, recruit producers and coach loan officers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal production while growing branch volume.
• Lead market growth and improve pipeline health and profitability.
• Recruit and develop new producers through training programs.
• Coach loan officers through pipeline reviews and business planning.
• Build relationships with Realtors, builders and employers.
• Collaborate with operations to support clients and referrals.
