Qualifications

• Mortgage industry experience required.
• Branch management experience required.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage staff.
• Proven track record of achieving production goals.
• Knowledge of conventional and government lending guidelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Stay current with mortgage industry regulations and licensing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to reach branch production goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage Mortgage Analysts and support staff.
• Monitor team performance and implement productivity improvements.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with accountability and growth.
• Partner with Training Department to support employee development.
• Manage employee relations and performance evaluations with HR.
• Ensure mortgage origination complies with policies and regulations.
• Promote excellent customer service and strong customer relationships.
• Participate in management meetings and help implement company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
