• Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team’s inbound leads.
• Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre‑approve, and close buyers.
• Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod.
• Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class borrower experience from pre‑approval to closing.
