Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Elgin, IL. You will continue originating while building a team, with processing, underwriting, and back-office support supplied.

You will recruit and coach loan officers, grow the branch's P&L, and leverage an expansive product suite including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo loans. Competitive pay with base + commission and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS) or eligible to obtain one.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
