Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager for Mortgage in Oakland, CA. You will continue originating while building a team, with processing, underwriting, closing support provided by the bank, enabling you to focus on production, recruiting and coaching.

You will lead a branch, drive growth, and manage the P&L while leveraging a broad product set including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo loans.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
