Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader) in Carlsbad, CA. You will continue originating while building a high-performing team, with support for processing, underwriting, and back-office functions to maximize production.

You’ll recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, leading branch culture and P&L growth, while leveraging a broad product set including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo programs across many agencies.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• Possess a Principal Lending license or able to obtain one where required.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
