PRMI Hammond is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader). You will continue originating while your team handles processing, underwriting, closing, and back-office tasks, enabling you to focus on production and coaching.

You will recruit and mentor loan officers, lead the branch culture and P&L, and scale the team while maintaining your own deal flow; highly successful producers in mortgage leadership are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active MLO license (NMLS); Principal Lending license where required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach or team leader ready to run a branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers.
• Lead the branch's culture, performance and P&L.
