Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader) in Clovis, CA to continue origination while building a high-performing team. You'll keep originating while we supply processing, underwriting, and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

This role offers a base of $80K–$220K depending on production, plus commissions on personal production and a branch override, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with potential Principal Lending license.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
