Vontive is seeking a Processor to manage mortgage files from underwriting through approval in a hybrid role based in the San Antonio, TX area. You will review applications, conform data to our model, verify documents, coordinate with third parties, and keep stakeholders updated on loan status.

The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree, mortgage processing experience, and a strong eye for detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Prior mortgage processing experience required; business purpose mortgage processing a plus.

Aufgaben

• Review loan applications and data.
• Conform key documents and data to our fundamental model.
• Verify documents and data are true, accurate, correct, and complete.
• Project manage the loan from underwriting to loan approval.
• Seek resolution of issues by problem-solving and collaborating with team members.
• Coordinate with third parties for delivery of title and insurance.
• Keep borrower and internal stakeholders updated with conditions, need and loan status.
• Review and analyze reports such as title, insurance, credit, background, bank statements and entity documents.
