Job summary

Panorama Mortgage Group is seeking a Loan Processor to own residential mortgage files after origination and drive them to closing. You will gather and review documentation, work with customers, loan officers, and partners, and ensure a high level of service throughout the process.

The role requires knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and FHA/VA guidelines, as well as TRID familiarity and Encompass experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with TRID disclosure requirements.
• Experience using Encompass for loan processing.
• Knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/VA guidelines.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review new files within 48 hours of receipt and flag missing docs.
• Maintain a pipeline of 25+ loan files and prepare files for underwriting.
• Order documents to satisfy AUS, investor and agency requirements.
• Verify, review and track all documents in Encompass.
• Clear closing conditions and ensure all closing docs are in the file.
• Assist with post-closing and respond to inquiries from originators.
