Job summary

JET Homeloans is seeking a Processor to handle file processing from submission through closing. The role collaborates with underwriting, loan officers and the Processing Supervisor to ensure timely, compliant handling of each loan in accordance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include reviewing credit and income information, obtaining verifications, and coordinating with closing to ensure a smooth process.

Qualifications

• Reviews credit, income, assets and collateral to determine underwriting needs.
• Communicates document requirements and conditions to borrowers and referral sources.
• Obtains verifications and third-party info to validate application data.

Responsibilities

• Review files from submission through closing.
• Coordinate processing with underwriting, loan officer and processing supervisor.
• Maintain loan-level data and document integrity throughout the processing lifecycle.
• Submit CD requests to closing at least 7 business days prior to closing.
• Resubmit loans for CFD or CTC at least 6 days prior to closing.
• Conduct weekly pipeline meetings with sales and provide updates to ensure excellent customer service.
