Responsibilities

• Review application files to verify data is complete and meets requirements.
• Collaborate with third party vendors to obtain necessary documentation.
• Manage complex loan pipeline to meet milestones and service levels.
• Serve as main point of contact with borrowers during processing and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with underwriters and MLOs to obtain borrower information and submit loan file for underwriting.
• Navigate CRM and loan operating systems to retrieve documents and data.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support key accountabilities.
