Qualifications

• Encompass Software System experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking industry practices relative to mortgage loan operations.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with loan industry software, in addition to Microsoft Office Suite.
• A high level of initiative, thoroughness, and accuracy required.
• Solid communication and organizational skills with focus on teamwork.
• Ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions and balance multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review application files to verify data is complete and meets requirements.
• Collaborate with third party vendors to ensure timely documentation and services.
• Manage complex loan pipeline to prioritize workflow and meet milestones.
• Serve as main contact with borrowers during processing and request documentation for loan file.
• Collaborate with underwriters and MLOs to obtain and confirm borrower information and submit to underwriting.
