Responsibilities

• Review application files to verify data is complete and meets established requirements.
• Collaborate with third party vendors to ensure timely documentation and services.
• Manage complex loan pipeline to ensure milestones are met and workflow is prioritized.
• Serve as main point of contact with borrowers during processing of mortgage loan applications and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with underwriters and MLOs to obtain/confirm borrower information and submit to underwriting.
• Navigate customer relationship software, loan operating systems, and third-party sites to obtain necessary documentation.
