Responsibilities

• Support loan processing team and act as liaison between customers, loan officers, processing specialists, and operations.
• Assist with loan origination and processing tasks to improve efficiency.
• Collect, review, and verify supporting loan documents for accuracy.
• Communicate loan status clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by processing or origination teams.
