REV Mortgage is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our operations team. The role manages residential mortgage files from application through closing, collecting and validating documentation while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple loan files in a fast-paced environment, delivering a positive borrower experience and coordinating with Loan Officers and title partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Strong understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Construction loan guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with LOS, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review new loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect, organize, and verify borrower documentation.
• Submit complete loan files to underwriting and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with title companies, closing agents, and internal teams to close loans on schedule.
• Provide regular updates to borrowers and Loan Officers.
• Ensure compliance with agency, investor, and company guidelines.
• Resolve issues to prevent delays in closing.
