Responsibilities

• Prep files for underwriting and clear any lender conditions.
• Serve as the primary contact for borrowers throughout the process and keep them informed.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to close loans on time.

The Role:

This Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process. They will gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review and process loan applications to make sure all details are accurate and complete.
• Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment, title, appraisal, etc.).
• Prep files for underwriting and follow up to clear any conditions.
• Be the go-to person for borrowers during the process — keeping them informed and confident every step of the way.
• Partner with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to get loans to the finish line smoothly and on time.
