Job summary

USA-Mortgag is seeking a Loan Partner to assist the Mortgage Loan Originator with administration and processing of mortgage loans, ensuring accurate and timely loan processing throughout all stages of the loan transaction. The role includes handling borrower documents, scheduling appointments, data entry, and database management.

The position requires strong administrative and customer service skills, knowledge of RESPA, and familiarity with Encompass.

Qualifications

• Administrative assistance, clerical, and customer service knowledge and experience.
• Familiar with mortgage banking; can work with Conventional, FHA, and VA products.
• Knowledge of RESPA laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all originations and loan processing functions for MLO and borrowers.
• Pull credit reports, run AUS, and gather required borrower information.
• Schedule signing appointments and provide timely customer service to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform data entry, set up new files, and request missing borrower documentation.
• Maintain and update marketing and loan databases and support marketing efforts.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties to support the team.
• May originate loans as applicable.
