Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document management for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate between loan officers, underwriters, and other parties in the loan process.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulations, state and local rules, and company policies.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with borrowers, lenders, and stakeholders.
