Job summary

Wings Credit Union, formed from the January 2026 merger with Ent Credit Union, seeks a Supervisor for Mortgage Post Closing in Colorado Springs. Lead the Post Closing team, manage pipelines, and implement process improvements to ensure accurate loan documentation and timely service.

You will mentor staff, stay current on government and investor guidelines, and collaborate with leadership on workflows aligned to credit union goals. Strong communication and analytic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or similar field is preferred.
• 3+ years combined Mortgage loan processing, closing or servicing
• 1+ years senior or team leadership experience
• Experience interpreting government and investor guidelines

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Post Closing team operations including scheduling and workload planning.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct evaluations and set expectations.
• Escalate complex issues to resolve member and third-party vendor inquiries.
• Provide coverage during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan regulations and credit union policies.
• Participate in projects to improve processes and implement new requirements.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures.
