Job summary

Wings Credit Union in Minnesota is seeking a Supervisor, Mortgage Post Closing to oversee the Post Closing team, ensuring timely review of mortgage documents and compliance. You will coach staff, manage workload, and implement process improvements in line with lending guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years in mortgage processing/closing, 1+ year leadership, and a Bachelor's in business/finance. Offering a comprehensive benefits package and a target bonus, with a salary range of USD 78,000–88,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or similar field preferred.
• 3+ years combined Mortgage loan processing, closing or servicing experience.
• 1+ years senior or team leadership experience required.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; strong numerical and document-review skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Post Closing team, including scheduling and workload prioritization.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct evaluations and set performance standards.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues with internal teams, members, and vendors.
• Provide operational support to maintain service levels during staff absences or high volume.
• Maintain knowledge of government/investor guidelines and credit union policies.
• Participate in projects: new loan programs, process improvements, and tech adoption.
