Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of experience in financial services or a related industry.
• Five (5) years of leadership or staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Translates defined strategies into action within mortgage group.
• Represents Mortgage Banking in business process mapping and reviews.
• Leads groups that support revenue initiatives and business enablement.
• Oversees mortgage projects for efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborates with Finance, Consumer Strategy, Strategic Execution on growth or cost-savings.
