Job summary

AmeriNat is seeking an Investor Services Specialist in Palatine, IL. This full-time role supports client relationships, onboarding activities, servicing transfers, and reporting.

The position emphasizes accurate servicing, client communication, and collaboration across departments to ensure exceptional service. Responsibilities include onboarding portfolios, coordinating portfolio transfers, preparing reports, and training clients on servicing portals and analyses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of mortgage servicing or related experience.
• Two or more years of mortgage servicing, client services, investor relations, or portfolio administration experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish considered a plus.
• Strong customer service, relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Project coordination or project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned clients regarding servicing activities and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, loan boarding projects, and servicing transfers.
• Provide client training related to portals, reports, and system functionality.
• Support service-level monitoring, reporting, and process improvements.
• Utilize servicing systems and reporting tools to manage responsibilities.
