Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a mortgage loan originator.
- NMLS licensure in CA.
- Experience with Encompass, SimpleNexus, or Candid.
- Willingness to participate in weekend on-call rotation 1-2x/month.
- Strong relationship, sales, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA loan programs and down-payment assistance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to ensure loan transactions close successfully.
- Monitor pipeline, meet SLAs, and generate new business.
- Build client relationships and explain mortgage products.
- Prepare mortgage coach presentations and cost analyses.
- Package files for processing and closing disclosures.
