You will generate new mortgage loan business by developing networks with real estate agents, builders, and potential clients, guiding borrowers through the loan process from inquiry to closing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Originator or in a similar sales role in the mortgage industry.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and loan origination software.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of potential loans.
• Strong understanding of various mortgage products (fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, government-backed loans).
• Valid professional licenses or certifications as required by South African regulations.
