Responsibilities

• Work with realtors, processors, and underwriters to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Oversee customer interactions to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Explain loan programs and closing costs to prospective buyers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners like realtors and builders.
• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per guidelines.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $300,000 yearly

• Licensed (or ready to get licensed quickly)
• Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
• Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field
• Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred
• Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations

Responsibilities

• Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
• Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
