This critical role involves evaluating mortgage applications to assess risk and ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory standards. You will analyze borrower creditworthiness, property values, and financial documentation to make informed lending decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting principles, and risk management, contributing to the financial integrity of the lending process in the Eastern Cape .
