Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Relationship building to generate new mortgage business for the bank.
• Quote loan rates and answer questions pertaining to loan products.
• Interview mortgage loan applicants per lending policy and bank guidelines.
• Complete loan applications and collect documents in Encompass; manage required records.
• Maintain CRM and track customer contacts; follow up on documents.
• Achieve annual mortgage origination goals and referral targets.
• Contribute to marketing activities to generate mortgage leads.
