Job summary

You will review documentation, resolve operational issues, and move loans efficiently through the process while adhering to NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act requirements and related regulations. This role supports multiple levels depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• One or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan analysis verification with customers, bankers, vendors and underwriters.
• Explain loan approval process and underwriting requirements through analysis and documentation review.
• Resolve operational issues and move loans through the approval process efficiently.
• Adhere to NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act requirements and other regulatory rules.
