Qualifications

• Mortgage lending knowledge, policies and standards.
• Familiarity with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience documenting income types and loan file processing.

Responsibilities

• Enter, compile, review, and verify mortgage loan documentation.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Development and Operations teams to ensure timely processing.
• Assist in preparing and submitting final loan documents per regulatory requirements.
