MidFirst Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Documentation Specialist (Closing) to prepare and review closing loan packages for high‑value mortgages, including disclosures in line with TRID, Reg Z, and related regulations.

You will partner with loan officers and internal teams to gather information, review documents, and resolve gaps to ensure accurate closings, while handling multiple files under tight deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of experience in loan document preparation or mortgage processing prior to closing.
• Experience in mortgage/real estate title & escrow operations with direct involvement in preparing loan documents and/or settlement statements.
• Experience as real estate agent or contract coordinator with hands-on preparation and management of contracts and closing documents.
• Active real estate license(s) must be placed in inactive status upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review complex high-value loan transactions including disclosures in compliance with TRID, Reg Z, and other applicable regulations.
• Partner with loan officers and internal teams to gather required information and move loans efficiently through the process.
• Review approval documents, title commitments, and other documents to ensure all loan requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve documentation gaps to ensure smooth closings.
• Manage multiple loan files simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing accuracy.
• Work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Gain expertise in loan documentation and regulatory compliance while contributing directly to client success.
