Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage lending policies, standards and GSE guidelines.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate with members and teammates.
• Experience with documenting and calculating income types for portfolio lending.
• Familiarity with GAAP standards and GL reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Enter, compile, review, and verify mortgage loan documentation.
• Coordinate with lenders, vendors and partners to ensure timely processing.
• Support preparation and submission of final loan documents for closing and funding.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and required reporting.
