Job summary

TruStone Financial Credit Union, a member-owned credit union, is seeking a Full Time Clerical employee for our Plymouth, MN location. The role focuses on mortgage servicing support, including payment processing, escrow accounting, and servicing inquiries, with compliance to national standards and regulators.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in mortgage servicing, along with strong data handling, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple loan systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a deadline-driven, highly regulated environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform servicing functions once the mortgage loan is funded.
• Handle payment processing and escrow accounting.
• Process member service inquiries and review Fannie Mae / FHLB reporting.
• Work with vendors to resolve issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage service-related tasks of closed and funded loan files.
