• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Responsibilities

• Create investor packages with appropriate documents.
• Audit documents for regulatory compliance.
• Audit for investors overlays and program guidelines.
• Verify loan ATR/QM limitations and loan salability.
• Review appraisals for red flags and LTV.
• Scan and upload closing documents; track trailing items.
• Coordinate with third parties to obtain original collateral documents.
• Store, retrieve, and ship original collateral documents as needed.
• Purge loan files per retention policy and lift heavy file boxes when required.
