Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a Loan Booking and Funding Manager to lead a team responsible for booking and funding consumer, mortgage, and marine loans. You will oversee loan setup, workflow management, and testing of product/system enhancements while guiding associates and documenting procedures.

The role includes coordinating with branch personnel, processing complex loan requests, and ensuring timely, accurate bookings. Strong leadership, AML/BSA compliance, and operational control are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or banking from a four-year college/university.
• 7+ years general banking experience, including 5-7 years consumer loan servicing and mortgage loan servicing, and 3 years management with financial controls.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Loan Booking/Funding team in Mortgage, Retail, Marine & Alternate Banking Booking & Funding.
• Book participated and/or syndicated loans and process draws; remit payments to banks.
• Provide guidance, training, and system change communications to users of loan systems/operations.
• Establish systems, procedures and reports to control, balance, and monitor loan system database and GL accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and correct issues; perform booking and funding tasks and balance daily transactions.
• Ensure AML/BSA compliance and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
