Qualifications

• A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related lending experience.
• Preferred knowledge in mortgage operations including processing and closing.
• Understanding of lending guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, VHFA, VA & USDA.

Responsibilities

• Manages hiring, performance, training and coaching.
• Oversees mortgage pipeline management to ensure timely underwriting and closings.
• Collaborates with department managers to improve processes and develop products.
• Troubleshoots system issues, compliance, and complex property/title issues.
• Optimizes workflows and drives operational efficiencies through automation.
